At Buy Vapes Bulk, we aim to provide an efficient and reliable delivery service for all customers. Please read the information below regarding our delivery services and policies.
United Kingdom Delivery
We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked 3–5 Working Day Delivery on all UK mainland orders over £100.
Delivery times are estimated at 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday) for orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.
While most orders are processed quickly, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We aim to dispatch approximately 90% of orders within 2–3 working days, however this may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.
By placing an order with Buy Vapes Bulk, you acknowledge and accept these delivery timeframes.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of courier delays, as these services are provided by third-party carriers.
Orders Exceeding Delivery Timeframes
If your order has not been dispatched or delivered within 5 working days, we will notify you where possible and provide the option to:
- Receive a refund, or
- Select a replacement product if an item is unavailable.
This does not apply to orders that have already been dispatched.
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate further.
Claims for parcels considered lost in transit can only be formally submitted 28 days after the shipping date, in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines.
Delayed Items
If your parcel appears to be delayed in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can begin investigating with Royal Mail.
Occasionally, parcels may experience delays within the courier network, particularly at sorting facilities or distribution centres. In many cases, the parcel will continue moving within a short period.
Once a delay has been reported, we will open an investigation with Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 working days for the investigation to be completed and for an outcome to be confirmed.
If Royal Mail confirms that a parcel has been lost in transit, we will proceed with either:
- Sending a replacement item (subject to stock availability), or
- Issuing a full refund for the affected order.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. This includes:
- Full name
- Street address
- Flat or unit number (if applicable)
- Postcode
- Any additional delivery information required
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the following conditions will apply:
- If you request the order to be re-dispatched, a new delivery charge will apply.
- If you request a refund, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Buy Vapes Bulk cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivered to an Incorrect Address Provided by the Customer
If an order is delivered to the address provided during checkout, but the address was entered incorrectly by the customer and the parcel is not returned to us, neither Buy Vapes Bulk nor the courier can be held responsible.
In such cases, full responsibility lies with the customer, and we are unable to provide a replacement or refund.
Lost Deliveries
Buy Vapes Bulk may, at its discretion, resend or refund orders confirmed as lost by the courier, provided the order was shipped using the appropriate tracked delivery service.
Customers are responsible for selecting a suitable delivery service for their order value.
